The 2003 Bentley Arnage T TwinTurbo featured here is finished in blue with a beautiful beige interior. This gorgeous motor car has been driven just 46,000 miles and comes equipped with nearly every available option. Nearly 450 hours of construction went into every Bentley Arnage T, and that craftsmanship still shows in this stunning example. We are proud to offer this 2003 Bentley Arnage T twin-turbo to the motor most sophisticated enthusiast who appreciates low miles and superior condition.

6.75 L pushrod V-8, whose roots go back to 1959. Treated to what Bentley describes as “the most thorough re-engineering of its life,” it produces 450 hp and astonishing 645-pound feet of torque (as compared with 400 hp and 619 pounds-feet in the Arnage Red Label.) This prodigious outset, besides enabling the English manor-house-on-wheels to reach 168 mph, also will send it from 0 to 60 mph in 5.5 seconds and to 100 mph at a mere eight seconds later.

The engine’s most significant change is the switch from the single turbocharger to one for each bank of cylinders. This makes the engine more responsive in most situations because the smaller turbo spools up faster. The other changes include the adoption of a drive-by-wire throttle, which goes hand-in-glove with Bosch’s Electronic Stability Program, in place of the Red label’s traction control. A revised suspension that features 57% more roll stiffness than the Red Label really gives us a nearly three-ton automobile its immense poise. The car’s basic structure is also 10% stiffer, which means there are no creaks and squeaks that distinguished previous generations of Bentleys.

Our only real quibble – this despite the twin turbos – is the slight but irritating delay that’s experienced when the power train gets the message to go from a trickle to charge. The Bentley pauses as if considering how best to respond to the spur—then you’re away. After that, tapping the mighty V eights vast reservoir of mid-range torque requires a little more than telepathy.
